Technology Park Visit: Witnessing CARKU's Manufacturing Excellence

At 2 PM, guests gathered at the CARKU Technology Park reception for a group photo, officially launching the exploration journey. Led by Hong Changbing, General Manager of CARKU Huizhou, guests first entered CARKU's multi-functional digital exhibition hall. Through detailed presentations, Manager Hong reviewed CARKU's decade-long development in the battery application industry, fully demonstrating the company's deep technical foundation and rich industry experience.

In the exhibition hall, Manager Hong highlighted two types of products specifically designed for truck drivers:

Heavy Duty Jump Starter ODM/OEM Solution: Specially designed for extremely cold regions, it's a reliable partner for truck drivers, rescue fleets, and auto repair shops. The heavy duty truck jump starter features 12V and 24V automatic recognition and can instantly start various vehicles even in northern regions at -40°C. With built-in battery clamps for easy operation, it offers large capacity, high starting frequency, and long lifespan, easily solving vehicle starting problems in extreme cold environments.

Truck Starting Battery ODM/OEM Solution: Designed for truckers' summer power needs, starting battery perfectly supports long-term operation of the truck's parking air conditioning, providing a cool and comfortable resting environment. The battery uses new A-grade lithium iron phosphate cells(LiFePO4) with genuine capacity without false specifications. Additionally, the intelligent low-temperature heating function ensures normal vehicle starting even in -40°C northern environments, eliminating breakdown worries for vehicle owners.

Subsequently, Manager Hong led the team into the intelligent production workshop, R&D center, and quality inspection laboratory. Guests observed the lithium ion battery quality testing process up close along the production line: from cell screening, module testing, comprehensive safety testing of finished batteries, to high and low-temperature performance testing. Every production step undergoes strict control to ensure safe and reliable products.

Manager Hong particularly emphasized that CARKU truck starting batteries have gained truckers' trust because CARKU always prioritizes user safety and product quality. The core component of lithium ion batteries - the Battery Management System (BMS) hardware and software - is independently developed with complete intellectual property rights, enabling real-time precise monitoring of battery status and ensuring product safety and reliability.

Next, Director Cai from the Engineering Department led everyone to visit CARKU's cell factory. Through demonstrations of battery cell production processes and technical details, they showcased CARKU's technical barriers in cell materials, structural design, and manufacturing processes, further strengthening partners' confidence in supply chain autonomy and control.
